About the event

This experiential weekend on our farm, in the breathtaking fall season, will include more of everything you loved last year, a few new ideas that you’ll love even more, and our 1st ever Tent Sale. Look for 150+ inspired artisans who will showcase their one-of-a-kind handmade creations, plus demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and even more food trucks. Our first annual Tent Sale will offer thousands of discounted items, too. Celebrating what MacKenzie-Childs cherishes most—our love for art, home, and all things made by hand—this annual event is not to be missed and is well worth the drive (or flight) to attend! About the application

MacKenzie-Childs will host approximately 150 artisans from a wide range of unique disciplines at our headquarters in Aurora, New York 13026. The festival dates are from September 29th - October 1st 2023. Hours of the festival will be 10-4 daily.
 
This beautifully curated, outdoor, juried event will draw inspired design talent from across the country and will showcase handmade creations for sale to tens of thousands of customers and fans of MacKenzie-Childs. This event will include high quality handcrafted goods for sale, demonstrations, hands on craft experiences, brand new tent sale, and of course food!
 
This Artisan Craft Festival will celebrate what MacKenzie-Childs cherishes most, their love for art and home and all things made by hand. This annual event is not to be missed.
 
We invite food vendors to apply to be part of our food experience. This is aimed for food guests will eat on site as lunches and snacks. We have a beautiful location setup for food trucks and other stands. Space is limited and we are looking for a variety of cuisines to appeal to our audience.

Terms & Conditions

All food vendors must be able to setup truck/service area Thursday, September 28th by 4PM and leave truck on-site for entirety of the festival.
 
Other Requirements for Food Vendors:
  1. Ability to take credit cards
  2. Be open during the hours of the festival 10AM-4PM. If you serve breakfast or coffee we are looking for a 9AM start for our artisan vendors and staff.
  3. Adhere to USDA and State requirements for food safety and have any permits needed to serve in our area.
  4. Ability and willingness to adhere to any restrictions, guidelines and requirements due to COVID-19
  5.  Set water priced at $2 for all vendors
  6. Willingness to participate in a voucher system with pay out from us after for our staff meals
  7. If you are selling alcohol you must apply for an events liquor license. We will sign this for you as well.
  8. Commercial General Liability Insurance including blanket contractual liability, workman's compensation with updated copy on file with MacKenzie-Childs 30 days prior to event.
