Applications for Wilson Pride Night Market June 3rd close on May 1st. You will be notified and your card on file charged for the event by May 6th.
Please submit only 1 application per event and choose the category that best describes your main product line as we do our best to curate events to reduce over-saturation. 

You are registering for a 12X12 booth space, where you must provide all of your own set-up materials including (required) a tent, weights, and lights. The Night Market Co provides access to electricity for each vendor, but vendors must provide their own drop cords and lights. 

Terms & Conditions

*Please note the following information about becoming a vendor at The Night Market Co:

  • We are not accepting any third-party sellers, multi-level marketing, or large corporation consultants.
  • All vendors must be local to North Carolina and items must be handmade, vintage, or a craft. We will not accept vendors who are reselling items.
  • All products must be handmade by you or your company.  
  • If you are a food vendor and would like to participate, you must sell your food prepackaged from your permitted facility. Food trucks can apply for all venues unless otherwise stated using the Food Truck Application. 
  • If you plan on cooking on-site then an additional TFE permit is required and you must get approval from Raleigh Night Market staff.
  • If you are a local or corporate business that would like to participate please email to inquire about our sponsorship opportunities.
  • A $5 application fee is required with your application and is non-refundable. Booth fees are $100 unless otherwise stated.
  • The Night Market Staff have the right to revoke any products that do not fit the 'handmade' requirement or infringe on the authenticity of handmade or do not align with photos submitted during the application process. Questions about this requirement? Send us photos and we will let you know whether or not your products meet this requirement.
  • The Night Market Vendor must be in attendance of the entire market, he/she cannot break down early or arrive late. 
  • The vendor cannot show another artist's work that had not applied or did not get into the show.
  • The vendor must be in security of his/her booth, and cannot hold Night Market Staff or the venue responsible for theft or damage.
  • Food vendors/ consumable goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market. 
  • Vendor booth fee is non-refundable for vendors participating in the market. Please read our vendor FAQs here:
  • Markets are rain or shine and are nonrefundable. 
  • If The Night Market Cancels an event for any reason you will receive a make-up credit for the missed event. 
  • If you cannot attend a market for any reason you must notify The Night Market, through your Eventeny portal, or you will be considered a No Show and will not be allowed to participate in events with us for 3 months. 
  • If you cannot attend an event and know more than one month prior, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 50% refund.
  • If you cannot attend an event within one month of the event, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 10% refund.


Application fees $5 Non-refundable There is a $5 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
12 X 12 Booth Space June 3, 2023. 11am-3pm $150 Non-refundable Please note if accepted to the market your card on file will be charged the booth fee between May 1st - May 6th. Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep, and includes access to electricity. You are required to provide your own tent, weights, lights, drop cord and anything else necessary to set up your booth and sell your products.
