About the event

The Lucky Flea is a space for local creatives, collectors and vintage curators to gather and sell while connecting with their local customers every week. Our alternative market provides an accessible shopping experience that welcomes patrons to support sustainable efforts and small businesses. The diverse crew of vendors changes weekly, creating a consistently new experience to discover. The market will operate 11AM - 3PM indoors at Radio Social (20 Carlson Rd).

Terms & Conditions

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates.
 
NO REFUNDS: There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.
 
YOUR VENDING SPACE: Each vendor space at The Lucky Flea is an 8’x 8’ space indoors in the back area of Radio Social. No additional vending materials will be provided.
 
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 9AM - 11AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to vend by market open (11 AM). Any vendors that arrive after the market opens, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (3 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 
 
FLEA VALUES: The Lucky Flea is first and foremost a safe and inclusive atmosphere for creators to thrive as a collective. Hate is never tolerated. I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of The Lucky Flea Market. I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. The Lucky Flea LLC. and affiliated businesses including Radio Social are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
