About the application

Spend the weekend, two (2) days, with us and market your handmade jewelry, painted glassware, natural soaps, jams, handcrafted clothing items, woodcraft, paintings, and other arts & crafts to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.

We will have a Artisan/Exhibitors marketplace and will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to Solo/EntrePreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be onsite both days, October 21st and 22nd, 12pm to 4pm with a one hour in advance set-up time.

We are accepting submissions from the following categories:
Jewelry, Bags/Handbags, Accessories, Woodcraft, Photographic Art, Intuitive or Metaphysical Gifts, Clothing, Children's Products, Candles, Bath & Body Products, Stationery Items & Supplies, Home Decor, Live Caricature Drawing, Tarot Reading, Live Henna, Balloon Making, Artwork, and Other (fill in).
CCAF2023 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF2023 is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Jerry's Artarama, and Eventful Expressions NPC. Our Venue Sponsor is NoDa Brewing Company.

About the event

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2023) is a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival being held at Noda Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 on October 21st and 22nd from 12pm to 4pm each day. CCAF2023 features a street chalk art competition for ages 12 to 17 and 18+. Each category, including Youth Teams, will compete for Cash Prizes. Festival goers will watch a street chalk art gallery come to life while enjoying various music and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts and crafts, and food and beverage vendors.

Terms & Conditions

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form. CCAF2023 is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT FOR SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED. CCAF2023 committee reserves the right to CLOSE the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE the festival prior to October 21st should there be an in advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to vendor.

Two Day Artisan/Exhibitor 10x10 Tent Application

We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors outside marketplace. We supply the White 10x10 weighted Tent (no walls), you bring your table, chair, and product offerings. You will be contacted if selected and upon agreeing to participate, you will be charged the full non-refundable price. You are REQUIRED to be present for the duration of the festival; two days October 21st and 22nd from 12pm to 4pm with a one-hour-in-advance set-up time.
