Garage Sale Booth Space

The following application is for a full-size booth space - 15’ x 14’ (approximately two parking spaces) and/ or half-size booth space - 7.5' x 14' (approximately one parking space). 

Clean out your closets and garage! Sell your used items at the Fair Oaks Community Garage Sale. Looking for treasure? Shop nearly sixty sellers for some great deals. IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT AN ANTIQUE FAIR OR FOR RESELLERS &/OR SMALL BUSINESSES. Garage Sale items ONLY.

The Fair Oaks Community Garage Sale will take place on June 10, 2023 from 8AM-12PM at Fair Oaks Park. The fee to reserve a booth space is $35 + processing fees (full size booths space) and/or $17.50 + processing fees (half size booth space). Profits generated from this event are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for lack of generated profits or low event attendance. Booth spaces will be chosen and paid for ONLINE once your application has been approved.  You may purchase a maximum of two (2) full size and of half/size spaces per application. Spaces are first come first served and may not be guaranteed to be next to each other. Gates will open at 5:00AM. Sellers can only unload from 5:00AM until 7:20AM in the event area. All seller's vehicles must be moved out of the event area by 7:30AM. No vehicles will be allowed within the event area until staff gives the all-clear, tentatively at 12:15PM. Under no circumstances should sellers park in designated fire lanes, across multiple parking spaces, or in a manner that blocks the entrance or exits. Fulton-El Camino Police department will be ticketing. Sellers are expected to bring their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies. The District cannot provide those items for you. Advertisements will be published on event websites, as well as promotions in our Activity Guide. The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District will also be advertising on our electronic marquee, in an email blast to community members, and in social media outreach. The District may also advertise in the Sacramento Bee. Additional details and information will be provided upon acceptance and payment of your booth. **A Service Fee will apply upon submission of your application.
