About the event

Kitsap Pride is Kitsap County's premier LGBTQ+ Pride event. It is a free, family-friendly event. Our main stage will feature live music, DJ, and drag performances. Kitsap Pride hosts a beer garden and a Pride store for our logo merchandise. We work with partners to provide programming for teens and youth as well.

This application is for artisans. Crafts people or artists who are selling their own wares. There are separate applications for businesses, food vendors, and non-profits (including clubs).
 
Please read through the terms and conditions and the draft instructions PDF which include important details about booth usage, load-in times, and park access. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

You are applying to be an artisan vendor at Kitsap Pride. Once your application is completed we will review it and let you know if we have any questions or if you are approved. Once you are approved, please complete payment to secure your spot.
 
Each vendor spot is 10x10 feet and is intended for a single business. You are welcome to perform sales from your booth and to do giveaways but you are required to let us know what you are selling or giving away on your application. You can email us if there are any changes before the event.
 
Please review the Vendor Instructions PDF which is linked from this application. It includes important information about load-in times, setup, cleanup, fire safety, and more. We will provide updated instructions in early July.

Prices

Artisan Space (10x10) $125 Non-refundable This option is for artisans who are selling artwork or crafts that they produce themselves. It comes with a 10x10 vendor space suitable for a single canopy.
Artisan Sponsor (10x10) $500 Non-refundable Become a sponsor of Kitsap Pride! This option bundles a standard 10x10 artisan vendor spot at the festival with a $375 sponsorship. You will receive recognition in social media and at the event as a sponsor. Kitsap Pride has other sponsorship levels available as well. If you would like to discuss the options please contact sponsors@kitsappride.org. Thank you.
Table / Chairs $30 Non-refundable We can provide you with a table and two chairs for an additional $30.
