Welcome to the Shop Black University Expo! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Application Process:
Exhibitors will be approved or denied within 3 weeks of application.
If your application is not approved, your fee will be returned. Rules/Things to Know:
This event is indoor
Electrical outlets are available for a fee
Exhibitors are expected to stay the entirety of event
Any B2B Business can sign up to be an Exhibitor

Set up will be from 6:45-am 7:45AM for all events.
(All Vendors must be setup before 8:00AM).
NO EXHIBITORS CAN SET UP OR LEAVE EARLY.
Exhibitor spaces will be pre-assigned before Event.
If you are not set-up by 8:00AM, you will forfeit your booth and not be allowed to set-up.
WHAT TO BRING:
Tablecloth, signage, handouts, and any equipment for your setup, etc.

What time does event start and end? Each Event will be from 8AM - 4PM
What if there is rain? This event will be indoor.
Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
Can I leave the event before it ends? Exhibitors are expected to stay at Shop Black events until the stated end time.
