Terms & Conditions

Entertainer(s) MUST be present and ready to perform 15 minutes prior to the event start time. All entertainer(s) must be dressed appropriately and offer family friendly content. Paid performers must submit a W9. Preferred performance lengths are between 15-30 minutes. For this event only, the City of Duluth will provide a PA, microphone(s); equipment to play digital tracks on. All other equipment must be provided by the performer(s).
