About the registration

July 22 & 23 ~ 11am-5pm each day
**MUST PARTICIPATE IN BOTH DAYS**
Indoors
Set-up on Friday July 21 with overnight security for your things (2-8pm)
 
 
  • 50% is due upon approval and is non-refundable. Remaining balance will be charged on June 2nd. Please DO NOT APPLY if you cannot pay upon approval. *if you would like the entire balance taken out at once or earlier than June 2nd, email us and we will process payment sooner
  • No outside food trailers/drink vendors allowed (per the convention center) **if you sell items that are packed and sealed individually, that is allowed (ex: jams, nuts, fudge, jerky, etc)
  • Holiday booth decor is required
  • 2 6ft tables and 2 chairs included in fee (Tablecloths not provided)
  • No Genorators allowed on inside the building
  • Non-food trailers/trucks ARE allowed 
 
ADVERTISMENT AVENUES:
Various paid advertisements will be utilized to promote this event, inlcluding, but not limited to, social media, flyers, nextdoor & online news promotions. 
 
 
Est. Attendance: This is our first event at this location BUT both Whimsy Market and Babes Doing Business FL host multiple large events throughout Central Fl and bring in, on average, 3-4000 people a day at our family events.

Terms & Conditions

Product.
Whimsy Market & Babes Doing Business must approve all products being sold. After approval has been given, Vendors may not alter their merchandise or bring in new merchandise without WM & BDB's approval. 

There is no guarantee of exclusivity for any Vendor.

Political vendors are approved at Coordinator's discretion.

No unauthorized vendors of alcoholic beverages are allowed.

The sale of obscene materials, stolen merchandise, sparklers, firearms, fireworks, poppers, canned string, illegal paraphernalia, medical marijuana and other products deemed to be, in WM & BDB's sole and absolute discretion, offensive or inconsistent with a family event, is forbidden.
 
Terms and Conditions
· Payment: Vendor fees are Non-refundable. All events are rain or shine. 
· No call/No Shows will not be asked back to any future events and all future approved events will be canceled. 
· Applicants must be a part of Whimsy Small Business Owners group AND Babes Doing Business on Facebook in order to participate in this market. 
· Day-of instructions and a vendor map will be sent out 2-3 days before the event via email/Eventeny.
· Set Up: Vendors will set up on Friday, July 21 between 12-6pm and will be given time slots on when to arrive. Vendors must stay through the duration of the market each day. Failure to do so will result in not being asked back for future events.
· Vendor parking – parking is NOT included in the vendor fee. It is $20 per day and collected at the gate of the OCC.
· MLM/Direct sales/consultant type of businesses - there will only be allowed 1 vendor from each business/company. 
· The advertisement/flyer for the event will be provided within the small business group and vendors are required to share it to their personal/business pages as well as our event link.
· Only 1 business per booth is allowed. If you have 2 businesses you want to represent you must purchase 2 booth spaces.
· Vendor booths must be staffed during all posted event hours by at least one adult. No children under 18 may be left unattended.
· Vendors will have the option to borrow 2 tables and 2 chairs provided by the center or they can bring their own. All items must fit within their designated booth space.
· NO TENTS INSIDE
· Vendors are responsible for any damages caused by them or equipment to others personally or their product.
· No encroaching is allowed into other vendor’s spaces. Please be respectful of others.
· Setup & breakdown is the vendor’s responsibility. Please accommodate accordingly. We reccomend bringing carts/buggies.
· Electricity - limited to a 110v only
· NO GENERATORS allowed inside
· Trailer/van vendors, please note that designated times for arrival and departure will be given to you individually prior to the event. 
· No amplification or music devices or music are allowed in your booth. 
· Holiday decor is required for this event. You can have as much or as little as you'd like.
· Valuables should not be left unattended. WM & BDB does not assume responsibility for theft, damage or other loss of Vendor’s property or possessions.
· All cottage food products must be labeled in accordance with applicable law.
· You are to keep your booth and surrounding area clean and clear of debris and trash during the event. You are responsible for removing all trash and debris from your assigned booth and area after the close of the event.
· All vendors will conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manor throughout the event, keeping WM & BDB's core values in mind.
 
Breach of Agreement. Should a vendor breach any term of this agreement, including any additional rule or regulation delivered to vendor, WM & BDB may immediately and without notice terminate the vendor’s right to participate in the event or future events. Upon such termination, the vendor agrees to vacate the booth space and event promptly. In such event, vendors shall not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid to WM & BDB.
Submission of this application means the Applicant agrees to be bound by and adhere to all agreements, terms and conditions applicable to the “Vendor” as set forth in WM & BDB vendor application agreement terms and conditions.  WM & BDB reserves the right to make a change to the event schedule, including but not limited to adjusting the hours or days of the Event due to forces of nature or other occurrences beyond WM & BDB's control and increases in vendor fees in the future.
