About the application

This application is intended for artists interested in selling fan art or hand made pieces. If you intend on selling licensed and bulk produced merchandise, please see our Vendor registration information. In order to sell at Anime Weekend Atlanta, you must be approved by AWA. If you are interested in purchasing a table please fill out our artist application with as much detail as possible. Any omissions or inaccurate information may result in a rejection or delay in processing of your form. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED. Any omissions or inaccurate information may result in a rejection or delay in processing of your form. Your card will be charged upon acceptance of your application.

This guide is your key to everything you need to know about the AWA Artist Alley. It has been updated for 2023, and contains important information, pricing, and steps for application process. Please read it carefully and feel free to email any questions or comments you have to artistalley@awa-con.com.

•  AWA will be held October 26th-29th,2023          
•  The Artist Alley will be located at the Cobb Galleria inside Exhibit Halls A, B, and C Cobb Galleria Centre 2 Galleria Pkwy Atlanta, GA 30339

Table Specs 
*New for 2023*-- Artist Alley Pro Tables!  These tables are for the artist who would like more space to showcase their product, but do not qualify for the Dealer's side of the Exhibit Hall.  The Pro table is $750, includes an 8 X 8 space, 1 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor badges. 
 
Standard table price for AWA 2023 is $300. This includes one 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor badges.
Artists may purchase one additional exhibitor badge for $100. 
 
Table prices do not include power or communication; Cobb Galleria Centre has an online service order form for these services. We will contact you with the link to the forms closer to the show.   
 
Table Sharing
If you are planning on sharing a table with another artist, the following is required.  Both artists need to be represented on the application.  You can choose one of you to be the primary artist, but the name on the application should reflect both parties that will be sharing the table. The portfolio must contain work from both artists, and the pieces should be labeled to reflect that.   You cannot share a table with an artist who has been rejected, or whose portfolio work was not approved by our jury. 
 
Covid-19                 
COVID19 Policies are TBA. If you are unable to get vaccinated due to personal reasons, please take extra precautions to avoid getting sick. Exhibitors must follow all sanitation protocols established for the convention such as wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. We will provide updates via email and on our website leading up to the event as our policies change over the next year. 
 
AWA is not responsible in any manner for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection the event. The World Health Organization has classified the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic and that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, and that contact with the virus that causes COVID-19 may result in significant personal injury or death regardless of vaccination status.  
 
 
 
Table Cancellations     
Tables cannot be refunded, but may be transferred to the following year on a case by case basis. Please contact us at artistalley@awa-con.com if you have registered and will be unable to attend the 2023 show. No transfers will be allowed after September 1, 2023.

One Artist Alley Table $300 Non-refundable Included is a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges.
1 Artist Alley Pro Table $750 Non-refundable Includes an 8 X 8 space, 1 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor badges.
Additional Exhibitor Badge $100 Non-refundable Exhibitor badges are required for anyone that works behind the table, or is planning on being in the ex hall during set up/break down. Each table comes with 2, this is for the third (optional) badge.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 1
  • Upload a picture of your booth if you have them. No pictures of your booth will result in a delay in processing.
