• I have read and agree to the 2023 St Pete Pride Vendor Agreement (separate document) and understand that St Pete Pride events will happen rain or shine. I understand that there will not be refunds due to inclement weather and that St Pete Pride makes no guarantees to attendance or potential for booth traffic.
• I agree to hold harmless and indemnify St Pete Pride and its agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, and partners against any claims arising out of participation in St Pete Pride 2023. I certifiy that I will maintain adequate liability insurance to cover any and all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to any person who may be a patron to 2023 St Pete Pride. While presentation of this insurance is not necessary to execute this application, I agree and acknowledge I shall provide a Certificate of Insurance or proof of said insurance policy upon the request of St Pete Pride. Certificates of Insurance must name St. Pete Pride, Inc and the City of St. Petersburg as Additional Insured.
• I understand that all changes must be made prior to May 15, 2023, any changes past that day may result in a loss of money paid to St Pete Pride for participation in the event.
• I understand that the booth space does not include a tent or electricty and those must be added on. If they are not added on to the registration they will not be provided.

• If you are purchasing electricity or tents for multiple events please make sure to add the correct number to your cart. For example, if you need one tent at two events you will add 2 tents to the basket. Please fill in which events you are purchasing tents/electricity for. If you are not purchasing either enter NA.
