About the application

This application is for Non Food Vendors.  Spaces are available inside the Pavilion and outside on our grounds.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in being a Non-Food Vendor at the 2023 Nez Perce County Fair.  Please review the information below and completely fill out the application.  Please note that when you sign your application, you are certifying that you have read this information.  This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at either (208) 743-3302 x201 or countyfair@npcfair.org.  
 
We are always looking for companies with new product lines, popular markets, and the willingness to join us as partners in making a professional and financially successful fair.  Our four-day fair brings in an attendance of approximately 20,000 people.  
 
APPLICATIONS AND SELECTION:  We will start accepting applications on February 15, 2023.  Applications will be considered upon space availability.  Selection of exhibitor/vendor by fair management considers, but is not limited to, the following:  A favorable experience history with the Nez Perce County Fair and/or other venues; type of products sold or displayed; date application is received.  All vendors must submit an application. Do not submit payment with this application.
 
The first round of vendor selection will take place in early April.  In light of this, we ask that applications be submitted by April 3, 2023. After April 3, we will continue to accept applications on a space available basis.  If you are offered a space, it is anticipated that contracts will begin to be issued the first part of May.  If a contract is awarded, a signed contract and 50% of the total amount due is due by June 1, 2023.  Payment in full will be due no later than August 1, 2023.  For the best interest of the fair, management reserves the right to assign booth locations at their discretion.  Efforts are made to give previous fair exhibitors/vendors their first choice of location.  All applications must include a picture (preferred) or sketch of the proposed booth or trailer set up.  
 
RULE VIOLATION DEPOSIT: All Vendors must pay a $125 Rule Violation Deposit as part of the contract. Deposits will be returned no later than October 31, 2023, providing the vendor has not violated any part of the application information, application, contract or Vendor Handbook.  Signature on your contract verifies you have read and understand these documents.
 
PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD:  The application must list all products to be sold or displayed during the fair.  The list must be complete.  Generic descriptions such as crafts, T-shirts, hats, novelties, jewelry, etc. will not be accepted.  Any products not listed on your contract will not be sold.  Fair Management reserves the right to prohibit the selling of any item that infringes on the products of another vendor.  Variety of products will also be taken into account when assigning vendor booth spaces. Under no circumstances will merchandise of a questionable nature or of a demoralizing tendency be sold or in any manner tolerated on the grounds or in the buildings.  Any item whether animate or inanimate, used for or capable of causing harm or bodily injury is not allowed to be sold or given away on the fairgrounds.  Any changes to the approved list of items to be sold must be requested in writing by August 1, 2023.  A written notice of the decision will be returned to the vendor.  
 
APPEAL PROCESS & PROCEDURES:  Fair Management is under the direction of Nez Perce County Fair Board.  Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Vendor Application Process shall be resolved by submitting a written letter addressed to the Nez Perce County Fair Board by August 1, 2023 in order to be reviewed at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Nez Perce County Fair Board.

Outdoor space only includes the space (no table, tent, chairs, etc).  Any power or water needs must be indicated on the application. If available, 110V 20 Amp Power will be provided at no charge.  
 
EDUCATIONAL BOOTH SPACE (INDOOR)
A limited number of free 8’x8’ spaces are available each year for non-profit organizations.  Only non-profit organizations qualify to apply for an Educational Booth Space.  To apply, submit the Non-Food Vendor Application and write “Educational Booth” across the top or indicate Educational Booth in the other line on the online application.  Applications for Educational Booths do not roll over from previous years.  Applications must be submitted each year for consideration.  Each organization qualifies for a free booth every fourth year.  Applications submitted by organizations occupying an educational booth space during the three (3) years prior will not be considered for the free booths.  However, previous non-profit exhibitors are not prohibited from purchasing a space for an exhibition.

Indoor 8'x8' Non Corner Space $240 Non-refundable This is an 8'x8' non corner booth in our Pavilion Building. Each booth is provided with pipe and drape dividers, one table and two chairs.
Indoor 8'x8' Corner Space $350 Non-refundable This is an 8'x8' corner booth in our Pavilion Building. Each booth is provided with pipe and drape dividers, one table and two chairs.
Indoor 8'x12' Corner Booth $385 Non-refundable This is an end of the row, double space booth in our Pavilion Building. Each booth is provided with pipe and drape dividers, one table and two chairs. The number of these spaces is limited.
Double booth-Indoor 8'x16' Non Corner $385 Non-refundable This is an 8'x16' non corner booth in our Pavilion Building. Each booth is provided with pipe and drape dividers, one table and two chairs.
Double booth-Indoor 8'x16' Corner Booth $420 Non-refundable This is an 8'x16' corner booth in our Pavilion Building. Each booth is provided with pipe and drape dividers, one table and two chairs.
Outdoor 10'x10' $250 Non-refundable Only space is included. Renter is responsible for tent or other cover, table, chairs, etc.
Double booth-Outdoor 10'x20' $360 Non-refundable Only space is included. Renter is responsible for tent or other cover, table, chairs, etc.
Outdoor Front Porch Pavilion Space $295 Non-refundable These spaces are 11'x15' and are located under the cover of the East Pavilion Porch. Only space is included (no tables, chairs, etc).
Pillar Space - 15'x15' $380 Non-refundable These booths are on the North side of the Pavilion and are divided by cement pillars. PLEASE NOTE: NO COVER WILL BE PROVIDED IN 2023. Renter is responsible for providing their own tent or cover.
