Thank you for your interest in participating at Senoia Alive After Five! Our mission is to bring entertainment and excitement to Downtown Senoia on the 3rd Friday of every month. We bring in artisan goods, food trucks, live music, bounce houses, and more to highlight our beautiful downtown and bring activity to town after 5pm!
If you are applying as a vendor, please understand there are a few boundaries and restrictions for our acceptance of vendors. We accept HANDMADE artisan goods. Products MUST be made by you, this is not a buy-sell event. If you show up to an Alive After Five with products that were not approved, you will not be accepted for future events.
If your product competes directly with one of our many downtown businesses, we have the right to reject your application. Our downtown shops and merchants are the top of our priority when deciding which vendor types are accepted.
Please understand you will not be accepted every single month. We have a large number of applicants that come in every month and in order to keep things fresh and new, we often rotate our vendors.
If you are “waitlisted” for an event, please understand this is because we have already accepted that “type” of product. Example: we do not need 3 wreath vendors accepted, we will accept one of each type of product.
If your application is rejected, please understand we are either full for that month's event, or that product does not fit what we are looking for during these events.
Please understand that we are a small team of volunteers and have to make decisions that are best for this event.
A photo of your display is required upon acceptance. We seek out professional, attractive displays for these events.
You must provide everything you need for your set up. Which includes a 10x10 WHITE TENT. Unless your tent is branded and otherwise approved, it must be white. Tables, chairs, signage, etc all must be provided by you.
There is no electricity available to use on Main Street, If your display or product requires electricity, you are responsible for bringing your own quiet generator or battery operated lighting.
Our events are held outdoors, meaning the weather has a huge impact on our events. If there is a chance of rain or bad weather, we will make the decision the day of the scheduled event. If we decide it is best to cancel the event, we will refund every vendor in full. If we decide not to cancel the event, and you are unable to attend, there will not be any refunds.
We do not accept anything other than artisan goods. We do not accept schools, churches, corporate businesses, real estate agents, photographers, non profit organizations, clubs, etc to participate in Alive After Five. Thank you for understanding that Alive After Five is focused on shopping and enjoying Senoia.
If you are accepted, a very detailed email will be sent out to you the week before the event with details on parking and set up!
