About the application

We are so excited to be launching our 3rd Annual VaHi Porchfest on Saturday, May 20th, 2023. Local bands will be jammin' and porches will be hoppin' as music fills Virginia Highland. This year, we are selecting a few of our valued festival vendors to participate in the event. 
The Rock n Run is at 11 am. Bands start at 12 pm and end at 7 pm. Vendors must be loaded in by 10:30 am. You are welcome to wrap up when the event concludes.
Vendors are responsible for providing everything they will need to operate during the event, including generators, extension cords, and trash cans. Please note that we have had 30k attendees in past years, so expect a crowd and bring plenty of inventory.
We'll be featuring your brand on our site and social media so please provide high quality images and logos.

About the event

Celebrating community through music on the porches of Virginia Highland! Kick-start the day with our Rock n Run at 10 am. Then, enjoy some of the best local bands and musicians in town on the lovely porches around the neighborhood from 12 pm to 7 pm.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rain or Shine - No Refunds
  • $25 Application Fee + 3% Processing Fee
  • $175 Truck Fee for Dessert Vendors + 3% Processing Fee
  • $325 Truck Fee for Savory Vendors + 3% Processing Fee
  • Vendors must have proof of insurance
  • Approved vendors will be emailed by March 24th
