• I have read and agree to the 2023 St Pete Pride Parade Participant Agreement and understand that St Pete Pride events will happen rain or shine. I understand that there will not be refunds due to inclement weather.
• I agree to hold harmless and indemnify St Pete Pride and its agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, and partners against any claims arising out of participation in St Pete Pride 2023. I certify that I will maintain adequate liability insurance to cover any and all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to any person who may be a patron to 2023 St Pete Pride. I agree and acknowledge I shall provide a Certificate of Insurance or proof of said insurance policy upon the request of St Pete Pride. Certificates of Insurance must follow the information outlined in the Parade Agreement.
• I understand that all changes must be made prior to May 15, 2023, any changes past that day may result in a loss of money paid to St Pete Pride for participation in the event.
• I understand that the application includes a space for 100 walkers and a float, less than 30 feet (including towing vehicle) only. Any additional need will be paid at cost listed.
• I understand that there are limited free or reduced cost spaces available and that my group’s application may not be chosen. If my group’s application is not chosen I understand I have to register at full cost by May 15, 2023 to have a space in the parade.
