MUSIC, ART, DANCE & COMMUNITY! Welcome to Belmont Village Bestival! We are a two day music and arts festival celebrating local performers in this beautiful gem within the City of Kitchener and right next door to the City of Waterloo! We shut down the street and ramp up the fun every year two weeks following Labour Day weekend to celebrate the official closing of summer. Please come and be part of the magic!

About the application

The Market Runs Saturday ONLY from 10 - 6. Set up starts before 9 am. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the market.
 
We do not have access to electricity and vendors are expected to provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
If you plan to sell any food or drink products you will need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form, as well and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors will need to provide their own tables, chairs and display items. 
 
o   I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE that neither the city of Kitchener nor Belmont Village Bestival and its directors, members, staff and volunteers may held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or décor due to any reason including, but not limited to accident, theft, breakage, vandalism, fire, water damage, weather damage.
