It gives us GREAT PLEASURE and EXCITEMENT to officially announce the collaboration of Schererville's longest running (60 years) event and Schererville's kick off to fall event..... Schererville's Country Corn Roast A-Fair - (2) LIVE BANDS - BEER GARDEN - FREE PETTING ZOO - CORN CORN and more CORN - 20+ FOOD TRUCKS - 40+ CRAFTERS & VENDORS - KIDS KORNER (Giant Water Slides, Giant Foam Party, Pony Rides, Pumpkin decorating, Obstacle Courses) - ADULT CORN EATING CONTEST (Free) - WHIPPED CREAM EATING CONTEST (free) - PUMPKIN ROLLING CONTEST (Free) - POTATO SACK RACES (Free) - BOUNCE HOUSES - CHARACTER MEET & GREET (Free) - More is coming!!!!

Terms & Conditions

Fee includes one space for one 10x10 tent only.
  • Electricity is NOT provided. Vendor placement is up to the discretion of the park department. Vendors must stay the duration of the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies and equipment necessary for their set up and operation.
  • Refunds will not be given unless the Park Department cancels the event in its entirety. 
  • Set up time will be event day from 8a-10:30am ONLY.
Waiver & Release Of All ClaimsI, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program.  I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs.  I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”. The Vendor understands that exclusivity on products for sale and location of set up is not guaranteed.  I agree that I have read and accepted the terms of this application
