About the application

BEFORE APPLYING, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, KETTLE CORN OR COTTON CANDY.Cumming Art Fest celebrates its second year on September 16 & 17, 2023 You are invited to apply as a Food Vendor to be a part of this much anticipated fall show, held in the Cumming City Center, Cumming Georgia. Load in is on Saturday morning beginning at 6AM. 
• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable items will be chosen as a compliment to the existing restaurants, not as competition. If you sell funnel cakes, lemonade, candy apples, kettle corn, pop corn or cotton candy, please apply!  We do not duplicate menus. Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth or food truck/trailer photo will not be considered. You will be required to submit a copy of your ServSafe certificate and your Mobile Food Permit license/City or County Fire Marshal permit. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. 
•SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and vary depending on the size of your setup. All spaces are on pavement. No electricity will be available. If necessary, you must bring your own quiet generator.
•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

The charming and growing City of Cumming, Georgia is delighted to have Splash Festivals create the second annual Cumming Art Fest for the community. This charming new downtown district has all of the charm of a historic town, with the excitement and convenience of new. We look forward to seeing you September 16 & 17. Let the fun begin!
