About the application

Please fill out all fields below to be considered for a free booth in our artists market. This application is restricted to 501c3 and similar nonprofits (verification may be required).
 
Please note that the festival & artist market is Saturday only.

Terms & Conditions

  • One organization per booth
  • The registration fee gets you a 10’x10′ space in the artists market and a listing on the festival site.
  • You are required to provide your own tables, chairs, tents and tent weights.
  • Generators will not be allowed in the Artists Market.
  • This is a rain-or-shine event!
  • Arrive at Bessie Branham Park no later than 9 a.m. for set-up. Volunteers will be on site at 7 a.m. to direct you to your assigned space for unloading, so we encourage you to ARRIVE EARLY. Traffic around the park will get congested once the 5K starts.
  • Vehicles should be parked in designated areas promptly AFTER unloading.
  • Detailed load-in and load-out instructions will be emailed 1 week prior to the festival.
  • Only pre-packaged foods are allowed in the Artists Market. If you're interested in preparing food on-site, please submit a food vendor application
