Non-Food Truck/Trailer/Vehicle Application

Welcome to the Shop Black Fest Events! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Application Process:
- Vendors will be approved or denied within 2 weeks of application.
- If your application is not approved, your fee will be returned. 

Rules/Things to Know:
- MLM's and networking marketing can apply. Only 1 MLM Company will be approved for event. MLM are companies like (Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, etc.)
- Food + Drink Vendors must be licensed and insured(No Exceptions)
- Electrical outlets are not available (generators are welcome)
- Vendors cannot share booths with other Vendors

SETUP Instructions:
- Set up will be from 9-11am for all events.
(All Vendors must be setup before 11:30PM).
- NO VENDORS CAN SET UP OR LEAVE EARLY. IF YOU LEAVE EARLY YOU WILL PROHIBITED FROM VENDING AT FUTURE FESTIVALS.
- Vendor + Food Truck spaces will be pre-assigned before Event.
- If you are not set-up by 11:30AM, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set-up.
 
WHAT TO BRING:
- Table, Chairs, and any equipment for your setup.
- Tent, tent weights, etc.
- Bring water!
- Electrical outlets not available. Bring a generator if electric is needed.

 

FAQs
- What time does event start and end? Each Event will be from 12-7PM
- What if there is rain? Events are rain or shine except for inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs, event will be rescheduled to next best date available at venue location.
- Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
- Can I leave the event before it ends? Vendors are expected to stay at Shop Black events until the stated end time.
