About the application

We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at the 2nd Annual NC 2023 Christmas Expo. Sunny Day Markets will be your host and supporting small like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. There will be 200-250 vendor spots available for this event. There will be categories to make sure we are offering a wide variety of products and services. There will also be a cap on each category. We will be selective for this event to make sure we are offering quality, diversity and a unique shopping experience!
 
PS: Nov 25th is SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY and a great start to Christmas shopping for the shoppers offering two days of shopping! 
 
SCAMMER ALERT: The ONLY person that will ever reach out to you for payment will be Sunny Day Markets through Eventeny.
Please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. Once accepted you will receive an acceptance letter and you card WILL BE CHARGED!
 
The vendor fee is $200 a space and $300 for a corner space and this covers BOTH days. You must be willing to attend BOTH days! All spaces will be 10x10! Pipe and drape will be provided at each booth. Tents are optional if you would like to bring and decorate your tent. The tent top MUST BE WHITE! This is for the purpose of decorating your area, giving more space for inventory to hang and keeping everything uniform. Everything must fit under your tent unless it is an A frame sign. Tables will NOT be provided for this event! Once you're given a set up time you will receive a final email with all information! Set up times beings Friday morning the 24th from 10AM-5PM and Saturday morning from 6AM-8:30AM and you must be set up by 9:30AM. We will send out a sign up sheet two weeks prior to make sure everyone gets their desired set up time. 
 
OVER NIGHT SECURITY: All set ups must stay in place overnight. There will be overnight security for this event! 
 
Power will be available for a flat rate fee. A link for signup and payment will be sent out. Price for power is to be determined once we hear back from the arena. 
 
ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS MUST HAVE A FACEBOOK PAGE. This is for marketing purposes and keeping up to date! If you have not joined our vendor page PLEASE do so now. This is our main source of communication, updates and all that good jazz!
