About the registration

Trucks may apply for any or all dates. There is a $20 non-refundable application fee to be considered for any of the dates. The event fee ($75-100) is per event and will be billed at a later date for selected vendors. We will notify all vendors of our decision in April. Depending on the size and nature of the event, we may accept between 4-10 vendors per event. The City will determine the "mix" of food types (savory, sweets, etc.) and balances this with consideration to permanent Town Center Park food businesses. Due to space constraints, the City reserves the right to limit trailer vendors, and all tow vehicles must be prepared to unhook and park elsewhere. Preference is given to trucks without a tow vehicle.

About the event

The City of Suwanee will be hosting several Food Truck-friendly events in 2023. Most events are at Town Center Park unless otherwise stated. Events are free to attendees, and all events are rain or shine! Application deadline will be March 31, 2023. * Our popular Food Truck Fridays: June 2, July 7, and August 4. Each week will offer a variety of trucks that will serve food beginning at 5:30 pm. Free entertainment will be onstage at each event! Truck fees for these events are $100 per selected date. OTHER CITY-SPONSORED EVENTS: * Red, White, Bluegrass and Bach Memorial Day concert to be held on Friday, May 26 from 7:00-9:30 pm. * Movies Under the Stars will be held on June 10, July 15 and October 28. This event will be double feature movies beginning at 7 pm. Vendors will be set up to sell at 5 pm. * Suwanee Summer Porch Jam will be on Friday, June 16 from 6-9:30 pm. This unique "strolling concert" event is held in our Old Town District on Main Street (not at Town Center). * Jolly Holly Day (tree lighting, stage concert) is Friday, December 1. The event time is 6:30-9:30 pm. NOTE: Our largest event, Suwanee Fest, is the 3rd weekend in September and has its own registration page at . Additionally, please visit our event listing at for other events held at the park; several are planned by private organizations and have their own vendor applications, fees, and deadlines.

Terms & Conditions

Food Truck event rules.

• Application deadline is March 31, 2023.• In order to provide a variety of exciting cuisine for our patrons, truck participation may be limited to 1 or 2 of the available dates. • The mix of trucks for Food Truck Friday events will be 1 or 2 sweets and the remaining spaces will be hot/savory foods. • No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund.•  Vendors may NOT sell after 9:30 pm.• TRAILERS: Arrive EARLY (the beginning of the load-in window) and be prepared to park your tow vehicle once your trailer is in dropped in place. Due to space constraints, the City reserves the right to limit trailer vendors. Preference is given to trucks without a tow vehicle.• Availability of space and number of trucks will be determined by the City of Suwanee. The City of Suwanee may remove a vendor for any reason. • Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.• Grease will only be allowed in self-contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.• You cannot serve alcohol, nor anything in glass bottles.• All events are outside and are rain or shine.• Many events generally enjoyed an average attendance of 2,000+.
