About the application

Below is an application to be a vendor / exhibitor at Super Retro Con 2023.We are looking for GREAT vendors who have items that we feel fit our shows theme and things that are closely related.   If you feel you fit our show and want access to our audience, please fill out the form below. Vendors we are looking for: 
  • Vintage Toys from the 70s - early 2000s - (all lines)
  • Modern Toys that are related to older lines (GiJoe, Star Wars, Transformers, etc)
  • Comic Books and NON-Sports Cards
  • Retro Gaming including consoles, games, etc
  • Vintage Memorabilia like Band T-shirts, buttons, clothing, etc
  • Collectible Movie and VHS items including posters, tapes, DVDs, display pieces
  • Music items: CDs, Cassettes, Vinyl, Hi-Fi Components
  • Vintage Clothing & Sneakers (In very good condition)

80s & 90s POP Culture Convention that includes a Toy & Collectibles vendors, music, contests, BMX Bike Show & Retro Car Show. Located in Tampa, Fl - (moved from Kissimmee)

By filling out our vendor application you understand:
  • You will be added to our vendor mailing list
  • If you are approved you will adhere to our vendor rules including staying the ENTIRE duration of the show.

Prices

Aisle Table Space $160.00 Non-refundable Basic table space. Includes an 8ft table, 2 chairs, and 5ft behind your table.
10x10 Booth on Wall $275.00 Non-refundable This is for 1 10x10 space on the outside wall (no vendors behind you). This booth space includes 1 table and 2 chairs.
End Cap Aisle Booth - 12x10 $400.00 Non-refundable This is a larger aisle booth that is on a end of an aisle. Your space has aisles on both sides and includes up to 3 8ft tables and 4 chairs.
Double 10x10 Booth Space $500.00 Non-refundable This is a special price for a 10x20 booth space. This space includes a 10x20 space on the wall, 2 Tables, and up to 4 chairs.
