About the event

Queen City Anime Con is Charlotte’s premiere anime convention, focused on celebrating fandom and LBGTQ+ culture through engaging performances, cosplay, and community experiences. Come enjoy a 3-Day Weekend of celebration and fun! Hang out in the game room, or meet some of your favorite voice actors. Participate in our cosplay contest, or stay to watch our awesome shows! Attendee Refund Policy: Queen City Anime Con Inc is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. We care about our attendees and the small businesses that put their trust in us. In the event that Queen City Anime Con Inc has no choice but to cancel the event, for any reasons other than those listed above, attendees and small businesses will be refunded 100% first; afterwards, remaining organizational funds will be utilized to pay any outstanding debts against the corporation.

About the application

Hello Food Truck Vendors! If you're interested in setting up and selling during our event please fill out this application and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
 
The more information you can give us the better! We will be deciding on which trucks to invite based on a jury system - so please include your businesses health score as well as any business socials, references and pictures of your truck/menu/offerings to help us in making our decision.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT FOR VENDOR SPACE: 
Full payment for food truck vendor space is due upon application approval. If the balance cannot be processed within two weeks of approval date your space will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued for any deposit amount paid. We do not guarantee any sales and reserve the right to refuse the sale of spaces to anyone for any reason. 
 
CANCELLATION:
Food truck vendors may cancel their space reservation and receive a 50% refund on their deposit if they notify the convention via email at least 30 days prior to the event.
 
Queen City Anime Con Inc is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. 
 
We care about our community and the small businesses that put their trust in us. In the event that Queen City Anime Con Inc has no choice but to cancel the event, for any reasons other than those listed above, individuals and small businesses will be refunded 100% first; afterwards, remaining organizational funds will be utilized to pay any outstanding debts against the corporation.
 
UNCLAIMED SPACES: 
Any space not claimed by 08/11/2023, will be forfeited without refund. Please notify the vendors team via email in case of emergency.
