Terms & Conditions

  • All tables come with 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes. Additional passes are available for $20 each Limited to 2 extra (total allowed 4).  
  • Table coverings, pipe, & drape are not provided.
  • Electricity is not provided.
  • Contact us with any questions at sinistercreaturecon@gmail.com (Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive a response)
  • We evaluate every exhibitor to verify that they are a fit for our convention and decide where they would best be placed. Exhibitor spaces are not first come first served and not all exhibitors will be given a place in this con. However, you are free to apply again in the future.
  • Exhibitor space must be paid for in advance and is not considered reserved until payment has been made in full. No refunds.                  Paid tables may be applied to a future show. 
 
  • DO NOT USE A TABLE THAT IS NOT RESERVED FOR YOU! IF YOU ARE SEEN DOING THIS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!  NO REFUNDS.

  • Sinister Creature Con and Love Horror Events comply with all federal, state and local guidance concerning public health. By applying to be an exhibitor you are agreeing to comply as well. 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining and, upon request, producing all applicable licensing and certifications related to their business. 
  • If you are an outside Vendor you will need to be completely packed up daily. You may not leave your booth up overnight. If you do there will be a penalty.
  • After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps in the application process.

Prices

Outside $75 Non-refundable The outside spaces are 10 feet long and 10 feet wide. You must provide your own tables, chairs, canopies, and drapes. Please Note: you will need to be completely packed up daily. You may not leave your booth up overnight. If you do there will be a penalty.
