2023 Food Truck Tuesday Application

Trucks may apply for any and all dates.-You will receive an email confirming the date/dates you have been selected for. -Each vendor will be charged the vendor fee 7 days prior to the event for each event date they have been selected for.-2023 Food Truck Tuesday dates: May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, and October 10- Lilburn City Park - 104 Railroad Ave. Lilburn GA, 30047

Food Truck Tuesday is the 2nd Tuesday of the month from May 9th - October 10th , 6-9 pm, in Lilburn City Park. You can enjoy dinner and dessert from a variety of food trucks and listen to great music by a local band. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a great evening with family and friends.

Lilburn's Food Truck Tuesday every 2nd Tuesday of the month May - October in Lilburn City Park ! Rules for food vendors:-Application deadline is March 31, 2023-Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn. -The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.- If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.-No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund-Vendors should arrive by 4 pm and be ready to sell by 5:30 pm. No sells after 9 pm.-Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.-You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.-All events are outside rain or shine.-If you have any questions contact the Event Coordinator at JMinnoia@cityoflilburn.com or 770-638-2223-The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
