About the application

This will be a day of allowing visitors and residents to find out information about modern and thoughtful lifestyles, as well as discover diverse vegan and vegetarian cuisine while shopping with local artisans. The festival will feature talks, workshops, kids activities zone, and a large exhibition of cruelty-free and vegan products! Last but not least, we will team up the very best plant-based and vegan-friendly restaurants to bring delicious food. This also includes the experience of Freeze Cream®. This day will be promoted as a day of local businesses, indie artist, going green and plant-based dishes and recipes. We cater this event for anyone interested in learning about the vegan way of life, holistic care, animal rights, the protection of the environment. *No refunds will be granted once your application has been approved or for event cancellation or postponement.*

The Indie Green Festival was curated to allow local residents and visitors the option to find out information about modern, eco-friendly, and thoughtful lifestyles, as well as discover diverse vegan and plant based cuisine while shopping with local artisans and musicians.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors are responsible for all loading and unloading of equipment. Event volunteers are not responsible for setting up vendor booths.This is an outdoor event – bring pop-up tents to provide shade.Unload and setup – 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. *Rain Or Shine* Indie Green Festival begins at 11:00 a.m. (Vendors must be set up by 10:30 a.m. and have their vehicles parked). The event ends at 6 p.m. As a Vendor, you are responsible for the following: ï‚·Pop-up tents for shade ï‚·Your own tables, shelves, or staging equipment necessary for presenting your wares ï‚·Your own petty cash ï‚·Signage representing your wares, if desired ï‚·Power *No refunds will be granted once your application has been approved or for event cancellation or postponement.* By participating in Indie Green Fest you agree to honor our giveaway tickets to attendees.
