8TH ANNUAL PUMPKINFEST on
Saturday October 21st, 2023 in historic Chickamauga, Georgia.

Application and fees must be paid or postmarked no later than October 1st, 2023.
Absolutely NO applications will be accepted after October 1st, 2023 without Festival Coordinator Prior Approval.DATE: Saturday October 21st, 2023
HOURS: Saturday 9am-6pm.
ACTIVITIES: Pumpkin Carving Contest, Food, Crafts, Kids Zone, and LIVE Entertainment
BOOTH SPACE FEE:
$ 50.00 for one (1) 10ft x 10ft SPACE - CRAFTS, LOCAL BUSINESSES, MLMS, AND NON-PROFITS
NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS EVENT TO VENDORS. GENERATORS ARE ACCEPTABLE BUT MUST BE QUIET.
$ 25.00 Refundable Deposit – Paid to Chickamauga Lions Club PRIOR to event on October 21st, 2023 as apart of vendor fees.If your space is clean, with no excessive trash your deposit will be refunded back to you.

25% off if you sign up and pay before December 31st, 2022.
15% off if you sign up and pay before June 30th, 2023.
BOOTH GUIDELINES AND CHECK IN: All vendors will be assigned a set up date and time. If you do not arrive by your set up time, you will not be permitted to enter the festival grounds. This is to help lessen the traffic jams and to ensure the safety of all vendors.
The festival will end at 6pm - you will be assigned a break down time based on your spot placement.
Packing up and leaving early will not be permitted due to the danger involved in moving a vehicle through the crowds. If you begin booth break down before your scheduled slot you will not receive your refundable deposit at checkout. If you do not show up to the festival, you will not be refunded your booth fees. After set-up, all vehicles must be moved to your designated number in the vendor parking area.
Canopies are allowed, however, no pegs may be used in the pavement. Sandbags and other means of support must be used. Each exhibitor must furnish their own tables, chairs, etc.
Due to loose trash being left and leaving early in previous years, we are requiring a Refundable Deposit this year. If your space is left clean with no excessive trash (all trash MUST be placed inside trash cans), then your deposit will be mailed back or refunded through Eventeny within two weeks of the end of the festival.
CHECK IN: Vendor space assignments and information will be sent via email on October 8th, 2023 and no sooner.
