We pride ourselves in recruiting the best Vendors from across Texas. We consistently have over 100 Artists, Crafters and Resellers, Food Trucks, Musicians and we’re Pet Friendly!!! Come check us out at 100 seabreeze Rockport, Texas. Rockport Fulton Market Days is on the 3rd weekend of the month and is open from 9 to 4 pm.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application Processing: We strive to process applications promptly and efficiently. Upon receiving your application, we commit to reviewing it within 48 hours. Once your application is approved, we will charge the credit card on file for the necessary fees.   2. Booth Setup and Attendance: It is essential that you have your booth set up and ready before 9 am every day you are attending the event. This ensures a smooth start and allows for proper organization.   3. Early Departure: If you find yourself in a situation where you need to leave early, please discuss it with ACM Texas beforehand. We kindly request that you inform us of any early departures. Failure to notify us will result in a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file.   4. Cleanliness and Trash Disposal: We maintain a clean and tidy market environment, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping it that way. Please ensure that you pick up your trash daily and make use of the provided trash cans throughout the market. In the event that our cleaning team encounters zip ties, cigarette butts, bottle caps, or any other personal trash items in your booth space during the end-of-market cleaning, a trash disposal fee of $20 will be imposed.   5. Professional Conduct: We expect all vendors to treat customers and fellow vendors with kindness and courtesy. Maintaining a respectful and friendly atmosphere contributes to a positive experience for everyone involved.   6. Electricity Requirements: If you require electricity for your booth, please notify us in advance by including this information in your application. Please note that we have limited outlets available, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Unauthorized use of electricity will result in a charge of $30.   7. Application and Credit Card Fees: Eventeny charges an application/maintenance fee of 3% and a standard credit card processing fee of up to 3.5% per sale. We understand the challenges of our current economic situation and, as of the end of 2022/beginning of 2023, we have decided to absorb 50% of these fees for our vendors. We hope that this alleviates some of the financial burden associated with the taxes and fees.
