Come and enjoy our February event! Whether shopping for yourself looking for something special for someone you hold dear! Sunday February 5th 10am-4pm, 1200 Edgewood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618. Artisan Open Market together with Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester Making a good thing even greater! An indoor artisan market hosting unique fine artists, makers and craftsmanship of functional and decorative arts. A festive community experience that invites patrons to explore, shop and support a wide variety of artisan small businesses. An experience to be discovered and enjoyed.

About the application

Art of Love - Artist Market at the JCC of Rochester, a nearly 200 thousand square ft community facility in Brighton serving the greater Rochester area.

An additional attraction on this date, bringing visitors to the JCC 
Hitmakers: You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet
ALL-NEW SHOW – The 8th year of this popular music series continues to explore the groundbreaking music of the 1970s.
 

This event is limited to 40 artist / vendors

An early bird rate of $85 is extended to January 25th, after this date the rate of $100 will apply.

A purposely gathered collection of local & regional artist, creatives & makers offering a wide array of art. Utilitarian, functional, decorative  & all facets of arts creating a unique show as well as market shopping experience for our events visitors who will find everything ranging from ceramics, jewelry, fine art, photographic arts, fashion, pottery, sculpture, wood & metal work, furnishings, home decor, scents, craft soaps and much more.

Please fill out and submit the application below in order to be considered as a vendor. 

If you have a special request such as wanting along a wall or a corner booth area more more display space there is a special request section on the application. All special request for booth positions are on a first come bases and we will try to accomodate all.

  Artist Open Market's collaboration with great venues  like JCC of Rochester, bringing even more and making a good thing even greater! Bolstering business, bringing artist and patrons together in an eventful community atmosphere!
 
The JCC also has a large number of members that support JCC events as well as promotes to the greater Rochester area.

Terms & Conditions

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates.

NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds of the vending as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs. 

WEATHER: 
The market is an indoor event.

SPOT REQUESTS: 
Vendor spot requests are first-come, first served. If you do not have a spot preference, one will be assigned to you. Please note, vendor spot preferences will be highly considered but can't be guaranteed.

If accepted you will receive an acceptance email in which event information and links will be given. Immediately use the link to the google doc to choose your vendor spot and send your spto # choice in a return email.

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 7:30AM - 9:50AM. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by market open (10 AM). Any vendors that arrive after market open, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (4PM). Breaking down early requires permission from event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 

FOOD VENDORS:
Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations. 

 MARKET VALUES: 
An all inclusive community for all to come together in this festive celebration of the arts. Hate is never tolerated.
