About the application

The Space Coast Burger Battle is BACK and now moved to MAY to avoid that Summer Heat! Please find the Full Event Details document below, under Related Files, and review before submitting your application to be considered as a Dessert Vendor. By submitting this application, you are signing an electronic agreement to validate your participation in the Event and to agree to adhere to all Event Rules and Guidelines, if you are selected to participate.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Dessert Vendors will be given access to the Event Site at least 3 hours prior to the Event Start Time to set up their Vendor Station and to prepare anything else needed to vend.
  2. Dessert Vendors will be given the required setup time deadline in advance, which will be dictated to Battle Bros LLC by the Fire Marshall.  Typically, all vendors must be set up by 9:30am.
  3. Dessert Vendors agree to maintain their Vendor Station's setup and remain at the Event for the entirety of the Event.
  4. Dessert Vendors will not be permitted to pack up, shut down their Vendor Station, or leave early.
  5. Dessert Vendors will not provide or sell any items or services at the Event other than the official Event vend items without prior written consent from Battle Bros LLC.
  6. Dessert Vendors' staff will dress and behave professionally during the Event.
  7. Dessert Vendors will have access to the Location Site for up to 4 hours following the conclusion of the Event at 10:00 PM to dismantle their setup, clean up their site, and remove all items brought to the Event by the Dessert Vendor.
  8. Dessert Vendors will leave their site free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before they arrived.
  9. Dessert Vendors agree to hold Battle Bros LLC free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the Event.
  10. Dessert Vendors will follow the event guidelines set forth in the Full Event Details document.
  11. Dessert Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Dessert Vendor fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Dessert Vendor will not be refunded their $200 Fee.

Dessert Vendor Fee $200 Non-refundable This is a $200 Event Fee to participate in this event. You will not be charged unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Dessert Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Dessert Vendor is accepted/approved to participate and fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Dessert Vendor will not be refunded their $200 event Fee.
