|10X10 Tent Booth
|Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep for tent setup only. No power or water hookup. This is for the vendor spot on the grass, not the parking lot as that is for food trucks only. You provide your own tent and tables.
|Pick Your Own Spot
|By selecting and paying for this option you will be able to pick your spot for the event. Once the signup period is done you will get an email from us with the map and you can pick your spot by replying to the email. We are only doing 25 slots like this and they will be first come first serve on picking the spots. So you will need to submit 3 options on your spot.
|Trailer Spot for Vendors in the Parking Lot
|This is for a trailer vendor spot. It will be in the parking lot and you will only get 2 parking spots and you will have to unhook from your trailer.

- NC Sales Tax ID - this is your sale tax ID with NC, this is not your social security. You get this for free at https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration
- Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.
- By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19 I also understand there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
- By signing below, I acknowledge I read the rules/guidelines attached in the form as a PDF. This is also my signature to say I agree to the rules and guidelines for this event. I also understand there is no dumpster for us to use and no water, power or WiFi to hookup to. I also understand I cannot pull up and unload at my spot, I will need to cart or carry my items.
- By signing below I knowledge and agree that if I am accepted into this event, the card I put on file will be charged automatically.
- By signing below I understand if I cannot attend this event and let In The Park Events know 45 days or more prior to the event and my spot can be filled by In The Park Events I will get a full refund back. But if In The Park Events cannot fill the spot their is no refund. And if I cannot attend and 13 days or less prior to the event then I will not get a refund.
- By signing below I understand I must have my NC sales tax ID certificate with me the day of the event and have it on display as this is NC state requirement for event planners to enforce this. .I also understand if I do not have this or refuse to have it on display I will be asked to leave the event with no refund.
- Minimum pictures required: 2
- Please upload a picture of your setup and the products you will be selling. This will help us market the event on the website and social media.
