Terms and Conditions: All authorized vendors must adhere to all laws and ordinances applicable. Atlanta’s Reggae in the Park, LLC. operates in good faith in organization, promotion, and execution of our events. LIQUOR:Vendors may NOT sell or distribute ANY alcoholic beverages without proper city, state, federal authorizations AND written approval form Atlanta’s Reggae in the Park, LLC. BEVERAGES:NO BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD BY INDIVIDUAL VENDORS!
We are not authorizing any independent vendors to serve beverages of any kind. Any type of pre-made, pre-sealed, homemade lemonades/teas, bottled water, soda, etc. are all PROHIBITED.We will select our sponsored beverage vendors for the year and will not authorize any additional vendors of this type. MERCHANDISE LIABILITY:All vendors assume all liability for their permitted booth and/ or property, merchandise, etc. We will have two-four (2-4) overnight security guards making rounds and one-two (1-2) overnight APD Officer to ensure the safety of your items. IMPORTANT NOTE: Security and APD will be making rounds. They will not be able to cover all areas at once. To reduce the risk of theft and lost revenue, please secure your tent to the best of your abilities each evening. PAYMENTS:There will be NO REFUNDS of the vendor/ sponsor fees, so be sure you are available to attend.NO REFUNDS will be honored due to scheduling conflict, illness, or any additional personal reasons. Solely, In extreme cases (communicated and approved by management) BeREGGAE Festival will honor a roll over credit to be applied to the following annual Festival. PERMITS/VENDING VALIDITY:Each vendor will receive an electronic (and physical) copy of their permit as well as instructions for load in/ out for the day of the event.Each vendor is responsible for setting up, and maintaining their respective tent, booth, table(s) etc. as well as set up and break-down of their permitted area. POWER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. You must bring a generator (ideally under 6,000 watts) to provide power to your booth. ACCESS TO WATER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. You must bring EVERYTHING you need to set up successfully for the weekend. Each vendor is expected to be responsible for proper placement of trash, used grease, graywater, etc. or any other byproduct of their operation in proper receptacles to be removed upon close of operations each day. HARASSMENT:All Atlanta Reggae in the Park LLC / BeREGGAE events are SAFE spaces and harassment of ANY form will not be tolerated and considered a HIGHEST order violation. WEATHER:This is a RAIN or SHINE event.Vendors assume all liability of their products and services and can/ will NOT hold Atlanta’s Reggae in the Park, LLC. liable for any damage or destruction to their property while at any Atlanta’s Reggae in the Park, LLC. or affiliated event. Vendors and sponsors shall not find Atlanta’s Reggae in the Park, LLC. liable for any sales affected by weather, terrorist attack or disruption, act of God, unreasonably low attendance or any other cause resulting in lower than expected return on investment for the sponsor, vendor, etc. FOOD SAFETY:All FOOD vendors are REQUIRED to follow the Fulton County EHS food safety standards and may be asked to complete the Fulton County EHS Food Vendor Temporary Event Application and menu for the event, then submit them to Atlanta's reggae in the Park, LLC for consideration.ALL APPROVED FOOD vendors must provide a complete menu for the event prior to August 6th, 2023 or as soon as possible. If you do not have a food operating license/ permit, Serv-Safe, etc, Fulton county. State of Ga, City of Atlanta food prep/serve permit, you may be required to take a one-day food safety class for Food Health and Safety administered by the Fulton County Environmental Health and Safety Dept. at the vendor’s expense. - Cancellation of vendor agreement without refund, shut down on site.
- Prohibition from doing business for remainder of event.
- Required to load out at pre-approved load out time at event day conclusion, not before.
- Civil and criminal action against violator including City of Atlanta fines and imprisonment.
