ARTIST ALLEY TABLE SPACE 2 is a 6' TABLE with TABLE FLUSH TO WALL!SOLD OUT!!     Backdrops can be used but table will be flush against and they MUST NOT BE WIDER THAN YOUR SPACE. If you typically setup with a bigger space, book TWO tables (2 tables MAX allowed). This is NOT A BOOTH or VENDOR setup, it is for ARTISTS, AUTHORS and GUESTS doing autographs, etc. You can be as active and attention grabbing as possible, just be cognizant of space (no drifting props and displays into the hall..).As the halls are open until closing each night but Vendor/AA hours end 9pm Friday and 6pm Saturday, we recommend NOT leaving ANY merch that is easily pilfered out.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, ACCIDENTS, ETC!! Please keep this in mind when booking space as we will be firm.. we will not be doing refunds (especially a few weeks or less before the event) due to a vendor/artist not reading these conditions thoroughly!This price is good until APRIL 1, 2023. Prices WILL go up and then again at regular intervals until SOLD OUT (and we sold out MONTHS before last VC) so DON'T WAIT!! 

ValleyCon 48 is the celebration of popular culture! At the Holiday Inn, Fargo! The Fargo Fantastic Film Festival runs concurrent with ValleyCon at the Holiday Inn but kicks everything off October 12, 2023 at the Fargo Theatre!

This agreement between the VENDOR/DEALER and ValleyCon is to provide table(s) and chairs for a three-day event, ValleyCon 48. The Vendor/Dealer assumes entire responsibility and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save VC and its agents harmless against all claims, loss, or damage to persons or property, arising out of or caused by Participant’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the Exhibit premises. The Vendor/Dealer also indemnifies and agrees to hold the Exhibit Facility and the legal entities which own, lease, and/or operate the Exhibit Facility, their members, officers and directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damage to property or personal injury caused by Participant or its agents, representatives, employees, or any other person. This agreement for table space at VC indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all accompanying exhibit terms and conditions and general regulations listed on this document as well as such additional rules and regulations as VC deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these latter do not materially alter the Participant’s contractual rights. Neither VC, the Facility, nor the decorator or their agents can assume responsibility for any loss or damage to booths, equipment, or personal belongings on site. Insurance on all Exhibits is suggested and is the responsibility of the Participant. Neither VC nor its agents, assigns, or assignees, will assume any responsibility for property loss, damage, personal injury, or other claims related to the Participant's space. Participants are required to carry insurance to cover their property against damage and loss and public liability insurance for claims of injury to the person and property of others. The character of the Exhibit is subject to the approval of VC. VC retains the right to refuse the application of Participants not meeting standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail Exhibits or parts of Exhibits which reflect unfavorably upon the character of the meeting. Non-professional products or services are not to be displayed. Participants may not resell, sublet, give or otherwise transfer their space to any third party without express written consent by VC. Participant agrees to not engage in any activities considered disruptive including, but not limited to: packing and unpacking of merchandise outside areas leased to the Participant; transfer of merchandise into or through the Exhibit Hall during business hours; or any activity deemed by VC not in the best interest of VC or any of its participants. In the event the Participant, its contractors, agents, or employees fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or otherwise detracts from the general educational character of the meeting, VC shall be permitted and empowered to terminate the Participant's right hereunder, and evict and remove the Participant and contractors hired by Participant from the premises, in which event the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid hereunder. All applications and payments are final-no refunds shall be available. In the event of a severe weather system in which the city authorities deem “No travel”, the event will be rescheduled. If this is not possible to complete, refunds will be available after a few weeks (required for completion of business arrangements).VENDOR/DEALER has read and agrees to this contract. Payment is required upon booking.
