Grab your favorite "I Do Crew" for a fun afternoon of wedding planning! The 37th Annual Michiana Wedding Expo will span 2 floors this year in the Downes Ballroom of Notre Dame Stadium! Attendees will have the opportunity to sample delectable bites, enjoy tasty sips and win FREE prizes. There will be photo booths, live music performances, and opportunities to discover the most beautiful venues Michiana has to offer! Our Wedding Expo can connect you with makeup artists, hairstylists, bakeries, caterers, florists, DJs, limos, and so much more this year. Did we mention, it's FREE? The 37th Annual Michiana Wedding Expo is hosted by Sunny 101.5, LIVE 99.9, and 96.1 The TON. Our sponsors include Louie's Tux Shop and Burns Rent-Alls
 
Participating in the Michiana Wedding Expo is an excellent way to reach local wedding couples, show them your products and services, get to know their wedding plans, and meet them face to face!

Terms & Conditions

This application does not guarantee a spot at the show and payment information will be sent upon approval of the application. Booth or Table is not confirmed until payment is recieved upon approval. 

Date of Show: January 22, 2023 – 12p-4p Downes Ballroom at the Corbett Family Hall, University of Notre Dame.
 
Mid-West Family South Bend agrees to provide:
 
  1. Selected table space -8x6  or   a booth of 10 x 10 space if selected
a. 8x6 Table: Provide table, linen and skirting, 2 chairs
b. 10x10 Booth: Table, linen and skirting, 2 chairs, backdrop, and side rail skirting
 
2. Remote broadcast on Sunny & LIVE during Wedding Expo

3. Featured once on the Wedding Expo Instagram page (@MichianaWeddingExpo)
 
4. Business name and link on Wedding Expo website, click through to business’ website.
 
5. Maintenance, cleaning and security throughout the duration of the Bridal Expo event.  Mid-West Family South Bend is not liable for any losses due to theft or vandalism. Mid-West Family South Bend will not be responsible for any injuries sustained, or losses incurred.
 
6. A mailing list of attendees
 
 
 
 
Submitting this form does not guarantee a booth or table. Vendor approval is based on availability. A response will be sent to the email listed on the application. 
If approved: secure payment information will be sent with the application response. Your booth or table will be confirmed after payment is made.

Commercials air on Sunny 101.5, LIVE 99.9, and 96.1 The TON between 1/23/23 and 4/10/23. Price includes production; no additional fees are required.
