All Art Galleries, Studios, Cultural Arts Centers and Businesses with pop-up art events in Downtown Delray Beach are encouraged to be open during Art Walk hours and activate your business to welcome visitors.
 
IDEAS FOR BUSINESS PARTICIPATION:

1.  Be open during Art Walk hours 6pm - 9pm.  
2.  Extend artwork and merchandise in front of storefront location; items on sidewalk must be within City guidelines.
3. Invite an artist to live paint or showcase their work during Art Walk
4. Host a live music pop up inside your business 
5. Offer refreshments, drinks or appetizers 
6. Offer an interactive art activity
7. Remember, NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF STOREFRONT.

GENERAL RULES to PARTICIPATE FOR FREE!

1. Register below with your information and plan to be open 
2. Let us know how you wish to activate
3. Display First Friday Art Walk poster and cling in window
4. Email your customers about your participation in First Friday Art Walk event
5. Galleries, Studios, Cultural Arts Centers and businesses/merchants should be open and ready by 5:30 pm
6. Staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion.  Conduct and displays must be appropriate.
7. Remember:  NO CBD Products / Delta 8 Products of any kind permitted at Downtown Development Authority events. 

NOTE:  Businesses who have not notified the DDA of their participation by registration, phone (561-243-1077) or email (DDA@downtowndelraybeach.com AND LFino@downtowndelraybeach.com) by 9:00 am the Wednesday before the event will not be included on the list of participants or Map.

By completing this application, Art Galleries, Studios and Cultural Arts Centers acknowledge that they have read and understand the information provided and requirements for participation and agree to the terms herein.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMELESS AGREEMENT
By completing this application, Galleries, Sttudios and Cultural Arts Centers shall indemnify, defend and save harmless to the extent of its insurance coverage, the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and its member entities which consist of the City of Delray Beach (CITY); Business agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitees, their officers, agents and employees, against any liability arising from or based upon the violation of any federal, state, county or city laws, by-laws, ordinances or regulations, including but not limited Trademark and Copyright Laws by the Contractor, his subcontractors, agents, servants or employees. Business further agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitees, their officers, agents, or employees from all such claims, fees, and from any and all suits and actions for every name and description that may be brought against the Indemnitees or their officers, agents or employees on account of any claims, fees, royalties, or costs for any invention or patent, and from any and all suits and actions that may be brought against the Indemnitees, their officers, agents or employees for the infringement of any and all patents or patent rights claimed by any person, firm, or corporation.
The indemnification provided above shall obligate the Business to defend, at his/her own expense or to provide for such defense, at the Indemnitees' option, any and all claims or liability and all suits and actions of every name and description that may be brought against the Indemnitees, their officers, agents, or employees which may result from the operations and activities under this Contract whether the work be performed by the Business, his/her subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by either. This Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement include all costs and fees including attorney's fees and costs at trial and appellate levels.
