Girl Grind's Sip & Shop – November 2026 Vendor Application

Welcome to Girl Grind’s Sip & Shop!

We’re looking for a fun variety of local small businesses, makers, boutiques, and unique vendors to join our monthly outdoor market in Kannapolis, NC!

Event Date: November 22, 2026
Event Time: 9 AM - 4PM
Location: Girl Grind Beverage Co. – 806 S Main St, Kannapolis, NC

Vendor Spaces:

Standard 10×10 Space: $20
Front Row 10×10 Space: $40
Food Trucks: $40

All applications are reviewed before approval. We limit certain vendor categories to provide a good shopping experience and avoid having too many businesses selling the same products.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space. Approved vendors will receive further instructions regarding payment, setup, and event details. Vendors must have tent with weights.

GIRL GRIND’S SIP & SHOP – VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an application and participating in Girl Grind’s Sip & Shop, vendors agree to the following:

APPLICATIONS & PAYMENTS

All vendors must be approved before participating.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor spaces are not reserved until payment is received.
Vendor fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
Vendors may only sell the products or services approved on their application.
Vendors may not transfer or resell their spaces without permission.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Vendor check-in begins at 7:30 AM. No early setup is permitted.
All vendor vehicles must be moved from the event area by 8:45 AM.
Vendor vehicles may not reenter the event area before 4 PM without organizer approval.
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, displays, and equipment.

TENT & WEATHER SAFETY

All tents must be properly secured with appropriate weights on every leg.
Unsecured tents will not be permitted.
Vendors are responsible for safely securing their merchandise and equipment.
Girl Grind reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to unsafe weather or other circumstances.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors must maintain a clean and professional booth.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes and obtaining any required permits or licenses.
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property.
Vendors must follow all organizer instructions and safety requirements.
Food trucks may not sell beverages other than water bottles without prior written approval from Girl Grind.

LIABILITY
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for damage or injury caused by their own operations, equipment, or negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Girl Grind Beverage Co. reserves the right to remove vendors who violate event policies or create unsafe conditions.
