LC3 VENDOR LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS & POLICIES
Please read the following instructions carefully. All vendors are responsible for understanding and following LC3 load-in procedures to ensure a smooth, organized, and successful event.

FRIDAY LOAD-IN: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (HARD CUT-OFF)
All Friday vendor load-in must take place through the designated front entrance.
Load-in will begin at 12:00 PM and end promptly at 4:00 PM.
Vendors must complete their load-in within the designated time window.
No exceptions will be made for late arrivals without prior approval from LC3 management.
SATURDAY LOAD-IN: 6:00 AM
Saturday load-in begins at 6:00 AM.
ALL VENDOR BOOTHS MUST BE FULLY SET UP AND READY FOR BUSINESS BY 10:00 AM SHARP.
This deadline is strictly enforced to accommodate VIP entry and ensure the event is ready for attendees.
Vendors are responsible for arriving early enough to complete their setup before the deadline.
CHECK-IN & VENDOR CREDENTIALS
All vendors must check in at the official LC3 Registration Booth upon arrival.
Vendors must receive their credentials and any additional instructions from LC3 staff before proceeding to their assigned booth spaces.
Vendor credentials must be worn or displayed as instructed by LC3 management.
No vendor may begin setup or enter restricted vendor areas without completing the check-in process.
PARKING & VEHICLE GUIDELINES
All vendors must park in the designated vendor parking areas.
Unauthorized parking, blocking entrances, loading zones, fire lanes, or access roads is strictly prohibited.
Please unload your merchandise and equipment promptly and move your vehicle to the designated parking area.
Follow all instructions provided by LC3 staff and venue personnel.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS
All vendor reservations and booth purchases are final.

If a vendor is unable to attend, cancels their participation, or fails to show up, NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, OR CREDITS TOWARD FUTURE LC3 EVENTS WILL BE ISSUED.

Please plan accordingly before securing your vendor space.

IMPORTANT EVENT NOTICE
LC3 management reserves the right to modify load-in procedures, schedules, entrances, parking arrangements, and other event logistics as necessary.

These instructions are subject to change as the event approaches. Vendors are responsible for monitoring official LC3 communications and reviewing any updates or additional instructions provided by the LC3 team.

Failure to follow event procedures or instructions from LC3 management may result in removal from the event without a refund.
