About the application
Join us for Giftopolis! In partnership with Intown Concord's Midnight Merriment, CAM will have a market in the Atrium at Eagle Square in Downtown Concord, from 5pm -11pm.
VENUE / LOCATION: Atrium at 7 Eagle Square in Downtown Concord (NH)
This space has some oddities. A little flexibility and patience are helpful and appreciated!
VENDOR SPACE: Each vendor will have approximately 8' of space. Plan on one table space with room for stools/chairs behind. There are two floors and access to an elevator.
SETUP TIME:
The event starts at 5pm and setup begins at 4pm. We know this is a tight setup, but we always make it work, with patience and courtesy.
Please do not enter the building prior to 4pm. More information will be available shortly about arrival, load-in, and setup. A cart or wagon will be helpful.
LIGHTING is unpredictable in the Atrium, so you may want lights at your booth. While there is some access to electricity for people to share (bring your own extension cord and/or power strip), if you have a portable battery or rechargeable lights, please bring them. The plugs are few and far between (and we have flipped breakers in the past).
