Welcome to The Yellow Market by The Yellow Events Group! We are excited to invite local businesses, artisans, and food vendors to join our weekly outdoor community market at Tradewinds Park – South Entrance, near Butterfly World, in Coconut Creek, FL.

Our market is designed to bring together unique local businesses, delicious food, fresh produce, handmade products, and family-friendly entertainment in a beautiful park setting.

Grand Opening Weekend Edition

• This is a recurrent weekly farmers
• Event Schedule & Vendor Setup

Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Arrival & Setup: Beginning at 8:00 AM
Setup Completion: All booths must be ready by 9:45 AM.
Breakdown: Begins at 5:00 PM, with all vendors required to clear the area by 6:00 PM.
Parking: Free vendor parking is available in designated areas. Vendors must unload their equipment before moving vehicles to assigned parking spaces.
Vendor Requirements & Event Protocol

White 10×10 canopy tent and yellow tablecloth required.
Each canopy must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies.
General liability insurance and applicable business licenses are required.
Food vendors must comply with all applicable food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and fire safety protocols.
Food preparation booths must have appropriate fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and fire-retardant materials where required.
Vendors must keep their booth areas clean and properly dispose of all waste.
The market operates rain or shine, except when severe weather creates unsafe conditions.
Vendor Fees & Scheduling

Daily Vendor Fee:
Vendors must select a minimum of 2 market days.
Vendors may reserve individual market dates or secure their space for the entire month.
Monthly reservations are encouraged for vendors interested in maintaining a consistent presence.
Payments are processed through an invoice issued after application approval and agreement completion.
Vendor spaces are confirmed only after payment is received.
