About the application

Join us every Saturday in November for the Saturday Market at Hyperloop Plaza in Bastrop, hosted with the Boring Bodega, right next door to The Boring Company and SpaceX. We're bringing together local makers, artisans, farmers, bakers, food and beverage vendors, boutiques, and small businesses for a laid-back weekly market from 10 AM to 2:30 PM on November 7, 14, 21, and 28. Booths are $35 per Saturday at Hyperloop Plaza, 865 FM 1209, Ste A, Bastrop, TX 78602. Space is limited, and we curate each market for a great mix of businesses, so we limit how many vendors sell similar products. Just submit your application, and we'll review it along with your MarketDrop profile. Once you're accepted, you'll get a confirmation email with payment details and everything you need for market day. We can't wait to have you!

Terms & Conditions

By applying, you agree to the following:

Acceptance: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on event fit, category availability, and keeping a diverse vendor lineup.

Pricing & Payment: The vendor booth is $35 per market. Fees are due upon acceptance to secure your spot. Once accepted, you'll receive an email with payment instructions, and payment must be completed within 48 hours or your spot may be released to a vendor on the waitlist.

Refund & No-Show Policy: Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel or don't attend, your booth fee will not be refunded. Vendors who don't show up without notifying us at least 48 hours before the event may be charged a penalty of up to 30% of the vendor booth fee. If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your fee may be transferred to a future eligible Neighborhood Social event. Cash refunds will not be issued. Booth Requirements: Vendors must bring their own 10×10 tent, tables, chairs, displays, tent weights, and any other booth equipment unless otherwise stated. All tents must be properly weighted for safety. Electricity is not provided unless discussed and approved in advance, so vendors should bring their own power source if needed.

Setup & Attendance: Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window and stay set up for the full market unless otherwise approved. Setup instructions, parking, and arrival details will be sent to accepted vendors before the event. Food & Beverage Vendors: Food and beverage vendors are responsible for meeting all health and food-safety requirements, including a current Texas DSHS Mobile Food Vendor license for food trucks and trailers. Food vendors who need electricity must bring their own generator unless otherwise approved. Grease, cooking oil, wastewater, and food waste may not be dumped on-site and must be disposed of off-site.

Permits & Compliance: Each vendor is responsible for any licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, or approvals their business or products require. Neighborhood Social and the venue are not responsible for a vendor's failure to obtain required documentation.

Booth Placement: Booth placement is determined by the event organizer based on event layout, vendor category, and guest experience. Placement requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.

Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and removing all belongings and trash at the end of the market.

Liability: Neighborhood Social and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Marketing: Accepted vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media and tag @weareneighborhoodsocial on Facebook.

Vendor Conduct: This is a family-friendly community event. Vendors are expected to act professionally and follow all event, venue, safety, and setup requirements. Neighborhood Social may remove any vendor for unsafe behavior, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow event requirements, and removed vendors are not eligible for a refund.

Payment Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Neighborhood Social first so we can review and resolve it. Vendors remain responsible for all legitimate fees accepted under these terms.

Agreement: By submitting your application, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
