Terms & Conditions
THE ARTISTS CORNER EXPERIENCE
Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting a vendor application and participating in The Artists Corner Experience, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Application & Approval
All vendors must submit an application and receive approval from event management. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event management reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on event needs and vendor suitability.
2. Vendor Fees & Payments
All vendor fees must be paid by the deadline provided by event management to secure a vendor space. All vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-shows, personal circumstances, or failure to participate, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Tables & Vendor Equipment
A table is included with the initial vendor fee at no additional cost. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own chairs, table coverings, displays, signage, decorations, and any additional equipment needed for their setup unless otherwise specified by event management. Table availability and size are subject to event arrangements.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Vendors who cancel, fail to attend, or arrive after the designated setup period will not receive a refund of vendor fees, except where required by applicable law. Vendors should notify event management as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.
5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during their assigned setup window and be fully prepared before the event opens to the public. Vendors must remain open for the duration of the event unless otherwise authorized by event management. All merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings must be removed by the designated breakdown deadline.
6. Vendor Space & Placement
Vendor spaces are assigned by event management. Vendors may not share, transfer, or sublease their spaces without prior written approval. Event management reserves the right to adjust vendor placements when necessary.
7. Products & Sales
Vendors may only sell or promote products and services approved in their application. All products must be legal and comply with applicable laws and event rules. Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, inventory, pricing, taxes, permits, and required business licenses.
8. Permits, Insurance & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, certifications, and insurance required for their products or business activities. All vendors must follow applicable laws, venue policies, and event requirements.
9. Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors must treat event staff, performers, fellow vendors, and attendees with respect. Harassment, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that compromises safety may result in removal from the event without a refund.
10. Liability & Personal Property
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal belongings. The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, except to the extent caused by the organizer’s negligence or as otherwise required by law.
11. Event Changes & Cancellation
Event management reserves the right to modify event schedules, layouts, programming, or venue arrangements when necessary. If the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, any applicable refund or credit arrangements will be communicated in writing and handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Photography & Promotion
Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Vendors who do not wish to be individually featured should notify event management in writing before the event. Vendors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any promotional materials they provide.
13. Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting the vendor application and/or completing payment, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
