Downtown Business Vendors

CULTURA : Fiesta Latina is happening in Downtown Lawrenceville on 10/14 from 5PM-10PM. We are currently opening opportunities to downtown businesses who would like to join the fiesta and engage with a diverse community down at the Lawrenceville Lawn. This is a great marketing opportunity as we tend to see thousands of people throughout most of our events at the Lawn.  Additional Details about the event:

This FREE, family-friendly event will be held throughout Downtown Lawrenceville!
 
Drop in at the Lawrenceville Arts Center for a fabulous exhibition, Retrospectiva: The Work of Catalina Gomez Beuth, and meet the get to know the artist! Catalina Gomez Beuth will be presenting her work and offering two artist's talks with Q+A 6:30PM & 8PM. 
 
Grab a Cocktail Crawl Map / Menu from participating businesses to find out where Hispanic and Latin inspired cocktails are being featured. Order your drinks TO-GO and follow the music to find a DJ and dance party on the square, or live music, activities, and food at the Lawrenceville Lawn. 

The City of Lawrenceville presents CULTURA : Fiesta Latina, a full sensory cultural experience celebrating the diversity of Latin Culture through food, art, cocktails, music, and more! Lawrenceville will be bursting with flavor on Friday, October 14th with Latin Food Vendors and Live Music at the Lawrenceville Lawn, along with a special block party featuring Live Music, Dancing, and a Cocktail Crawl celebrating Latin and Hispanic Cocktails in the Historic Downtown Lawrenceville Square. This event is for all ages to come together to embrace inclusivity, explore new cultures, and celebrate Lawrenceville's amazing diverse community.

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
