Sign Up To Become A Vendor At ACE's Holiday Craft Fair
Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. Applications MUST be received by December 8, 2026. If accepted full payment will be charged at time of acceptance.
NOTE: Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected.
This event is inside and will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.
Required hours of operation will be 10AM-4PM.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. If accepted full payment will be charged immediately at time of acceptance. Your booth assignments will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event.
Electricity: Electricity is provided for all booths. You can expect 110v service with a 15-amp breaker.
Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator discretion vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.

Terms & Conditions
All vendor sales are final. No refunds, transfers or exchanges. All vendors are subject to approval and must complete an application for consideration. Everything you bring MUST fit into your assigned vendor space. Upon acceptance full payment will be charged immediately at time of acceptance.

I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand ACE Adventure Resort is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. I have read and understand the Holiday Craft Fair Vendor FAQ containing Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in ACE events.
