About the application
ARTISTS ONLY — Vintage & Vinyl Series Application
Thank you for your interest in Downtown Grand Vintage & Vinyl! We’re welcoming artists and photographers to a dedicated section exclusively for visual artwork.
Artist booths will be located in a new, dedicated section set apart from the main market walkway. This area is reserved exclusively for visual artists and photographers, giving shoppers a distinct space to explore artwork and connect with its creators.
Eligible work includes original paintings, drawings, illustrations, photography, and prints of the participating artist’s own work. Framed and unframed artwork is welcome. All items displayed or sold must fall within these categories.
No vintage merchandise, antiques, clothing, jewelry, furniture, records, trading cards, general crafts, or resale items are permitted in this section. Booths combining artwork with any other merchandise do not qualify. Artwork printed on clothing, accessories, or other functional merchandise is also excluded.
This application covers the entire Vintage & Vinyl event series. Once approved, you’ll be able to select and pay for the specific event dates you’d like to participate in.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We carefully review each application to ensure this section remains exclusively focused on artists and their artwork.

Terms & Conditions
By applying to Downtown Grand Vintage & Vinyl, vendors agree to comply with all event guidelines and policies. Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, tents, and equipment, and ensuring that their spaces are clean and organized throughout the event. Vendors must follow all health and safety protocols, including social distancing and respecting other vendors and customers. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** that if I am **APPROVED**, Vintage and Vinyl will begin charging for the market as early as 30 days before the event. If payment is not received by 10 days prior, my spot will be forfeited, and I will be placed on the waitlist.
- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** the refund policy: **NO** refunds or transfers if canceled less than 11 days before the event.
- I ACKNOWLEDGE the Weather Contingency Terms: If the event proceeds, NO refunds or transfers will be allowed.
- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** that we reserve the right to remove or disqualify any vendor from this event or any future events who is acting inappropriately, disrupting the event, or failing to comply with our policies and guidelines. This action may be taken at our sole discretion for the safety and success of the event.
