Vendor Booths and Artist Tables
About the application
General Information:
GatorVerse Comic Con takes place Saturday, July 17, 2027, at the Heymann Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. Use this application to request an inline booth, a corner booth, or an Artist Alley table. Our Vendor Team reviews every application, and approved applicants are invoiced for their space. Founder’s Pricing is available to early vendors while space lasts. Booths and tables are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee a space.
What’s Included:
Tables and chairs are not included with booths. You may bring your own or add an 8' table and two chairs for $15. Please review our Vendor Terms before applying. All payments are final. If you cancel by May 18, 2027, your payment converts to a credit toward a future GatorVerse event.

Terms & Conditions
GatorVerse Comic Con: Vendor & Artist Application Terms and Conditions:
1. Application and Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth or table. GatorVerse Comic Con LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or reassign any application, including based on category balance, product fit, and available space. Accepted applicants will be invoiced, and a space is not reserved until the invoice is paid in full.
2. Payment
Booth and table fees are due by the date shown on your invoice. Invoices are sent through PayPal. Founder's Pricing applies only to vendors who pay by the stated deadline. After that, the rate may increase or the space may be offered to another vendor.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All payments are final, and there are no refunds after payment. If you cancel in writing by May 18, 2027, your payment converts to a credit toward a future GatorVerse event. Cancellations after that date forfeit the fee.
4. What's Included
Fees cover the booth or table space only. Tables and chairs for Vendor Booths and electricity are not included. Vendors may bring their own or add an 8' table and two chairs for $15.
5. Artist Alley
Artist Alley tables are for original work by the artist, who must be present at the table. Resale, mass-produced, or licensed products are not permitted at Artist Alley tables. GatorVerse may offer an in-line booth instead if a submission fits a vendor space better.
6. Products and Conduct
No weapons of any kind are allowed, including real, replica, and prop weapons, in accordance with Heymann Center policy.
Vendors are responsible for the legality of what they sell, including licensing and intellectual property rights, and may not sell counterfeit or bootleg goods.
Vendors must follow the GatorVerse Cosplay Respect Policy and treat attendees, guests, staff, and other vendors respectfully.
GatorVerse may require the removal of any item it considers inappropriate for a family-friendly event.
7. Operations
Vendors must staff their space during all public hours, set up and break down within the times provided, and keep displays inside their assigned space and clear of aisles and exits. Vendors must follow all Heymann Center and fire marshal rules.
8. Taxes and Licenses
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes and for holding any required permits or licenses.
9. Liability and Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk. GatorVerse Comic Con, its organizers, sponsors, and the Heymann Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries to vendors, staff, or customers. Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, equipment, and staff.
10. Marketing and Media
By participating, vendors grant GatorVerse permission to use their business name and logo, and photos or video taken at the event, in promotional materials.
