About the application
Non-profit groups will be selected from the Fairport/Perinton area first.
Each exhibitor will be assigned approximately a 10’ wide x 10’ deep space (tent is your responsibility).
Be prepared for any kind of weather, especially winds! Come with rain covers, tie downs, and weights for each tent leg. Spikes are not allowed!
Provide appropriate signage in your booth of your organization.
Setup begins at 6:30am on Saturday. Please be in the village by 9am each day because Main Street will be closed.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
No selling of water or drink products due to food vendors paying a large fee to participate in show.
People representing your organization must stay in booth. Coming out in the street and approaching people is not allowed.
Your booth must be manned at all times and is expected to be set up for the DURATION of the show. Tearing down early will jeopardize future participation in Canal Days.
You may not sublet or place any other business or organization in your assigned space
