Winter Market at The Barn

Join us for Winter Market at The Barn Nursery, an indoor market series inside the greenhouse in Chattanooga throughout January and February 2027. Presented by Hearthara Culinary, The Barn Nursery, and Cameron Parker of DadBod Go, this series brings together local shopping, family activities, and creative programming.

We welcome applications from artists, makers, artisans, and small businesses offering distinctive products. With approximately 25 vendor spaces available, selections will consider product quality, variety, and the overall market mix. Preference will be given to vendors who commit to the entire series.

VENDOR FEES & COMMITMENT
• $30 per day / $60 per weekend.
• Vendors must participate on both Saturday and Sunday of each selected weekend.
• Standard vendor spaces accommodate a 10′ × 10′ setup. Any alternate footprint requires explicit management approval.

Please accurately describe your products and select every weekend you are prepared to attend. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved vendors will receive instructions for payment, arrival, parking, setup, and breakdown before their scheduled market dates.

Food trucks will continue to be programmed separately through our existing Barn Nursery program with Cameron Parker.

WEEKEND PARTICIPATION
Vendors must attend both Saturday and Sunday of each approved weekend. Preference will be given to applicants committing to the full market series.

VENDOR FEES
The vendor rate is $30 per day, totaling $60 per weekend. Approved vendors must follow the payment instructions and deadlines provided by management.

SPACE & SETUP
Each vendor is limited to a 10′ × 10′ setup unless a different footprint has been explicitly approved by management. Displays, inventory, and equipment must remain within the assigned space and keep aisles and access routes clear. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own display equipment.

ATTENDANCE & COMMUNICATION
There is a zero no-call/no-show policy. A vendor who fails to attend without notifying management will forfeit all remaining approved dates and associated vendor fees.

The only exception is a genuine emergency with proper notification to management. Vendors must communicate as soon as reasonably possible if an emergency affects their attendance.

PRODUCT APPROVAL
Vendors must accurately disclose the products they intend to sell. Changes or additions to the approved product selection require management approval.

MARKET OPERATIONS
Vendors must follow the arrival, parking, setup, operating, and breakdown instructions provided by management. Vendors must be ready when the market opens and remain set up throughout scheduled market hours unless management approves otherwise.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors are responsible for any licenses, permits, taxes, and product-specific requirements applicable to their business. Each vendor must maintain a clean space, remove their own waste, and treat guests, fellow vendors, staff, and venue property respectfully.

FOOD TRUCK PROGRAMMING
Food truck placement is managed separately through The Barn Nursery’s existing program with Cameron Parker. This application does not secure a food truck placement.
