2023 Alpharetta Arts Streetfest Food Tent Vendors

ONLY APPLICATIONS FOR POPSICLE, ICE CREAM or SMOOTHIE VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS OF 5/9/23. YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT HEALTH DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE/DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE LICENSE AND A CITY OF ALPHARETTA MOBILE FOOD SERVICE PERMIT.Alpharetta Arts Streetfest celebrates its eighteenth year on May 27 & 28. You are invited to apply as a Food Vendor to be a part of this much anticipated fall show, held in Alpharetta, Georgia. Load in is on Friday or Saturday. • APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are sweet and savory foods and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not duplicate menus. Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth or food truck/trailer photo will not be considered. You will be required to submit a copy of your ServSafe certificate and your Mobile Food Permit license/City or County Fire Marshal permit as may be required. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and vary depending on the size of your setup. All spaces are on pavement. You must furnish your own tent. Only 20AMP/110V electrical service is available at this event.•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. •Have more questions? Join us on Memorial Day Weekend at The Grove at Wills Park, just a block from downtown Alpharetta as we celebrate the 18th year of Alpharetta Arts Streetfest. Over 100 artists will showcase their works for delighted shoppers in this beautiful park behind the Alpharetta Community Center, 175 Roswell St. Food and beverage vendors will be serving delightful festival fare and the kids will be entertained in the creative Kidz Zone. Lots of shade is available for those who prefer it. Patron parking is in front of the Community Center and additional parking in the area.
