About the application
If you’re an artist or maker who wants to share your work, this is a solid space to do it. Whether you’re selling fanart, stickers, pins, or custom items, you’ll meet people who genuinely enjoy finding and supporting creators — no over-the-top setup needed.
All vendors must arrive and check in no later than the end of the designated load-in period on the scheduled load-in day. Any vendor who fails to arrive and check in by the conclusion of load-in will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their assigned booth space. The booth may be reassigned or released for use at the sole discretion of event management. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for failure to arrive by the load-in deadline. Exceptions may be made only at the discretion of event management.
